Refund policy

Return of Goods

Goods supplied in accordance with the purchasers order can only be returned with the express approval of H & P Technologies trading as Woodworking Consumables. H & P Technologies shall not be obliged to give reasons for withholding approval.

Requests to return goods must be submitted in writing within five days from date of supply.

Where goods are accepted for return, they must be delivered, at the customers’ expense to H & P Technologies in original condition and packaging.

The original invoice number or packing slip number must be quoted.

H & P Technologies reserve the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns it may agree to accept. Such fee may be up to 15% of the sale price of the goods and levied at H & P Technologies absolute discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
